Appendix A: NNMi Event and filter attributes
The following table lists the NNMi event attributes that can be used to create incidents in BMC Remedy ARS or ServiceNow. The columns have the following meaning:
- Attribute Name: the name of the NNMi event attribute in square brackets as used in the ClipConfig.xml to configure incidents in the destination system.
- FC: Filter Criteria: if this column is checked, the attribute can be used in the NNMi subscription filter to receive only filtered events. Please omit the square brackets when using an attribute in the subscription filter.
- NNMi Web UI : the attribute name as displayed in the NNMi Web GUI
- Possible Values: the possible values for the attribute. Please note that
- these values have to be specified fully qualified in case the attribute is used in a subscription filter ( including the prefix hp.nms.incident. [category|family|priority|lifecycle]. ).
- the short form ( without the prefix com.hp.nms.incident.[category |family|priority|lifecycle] ) is used for variable substitution
