Multiple Forwarding ( 1:N )

Clip supports synchronizing a source event to multiple destinations. To achieve this, you configure multiple integrations with the same source target:

In "one-to-many" scenarios, please note that

• In the example above, an OMi event received from target "MF_OMi" creates an incident in both destination targets ( "ServiceNow" and "BMC_ITSM")
• Updates of a synchronized OMi event will update the incidents in all destination targets
• Updates of created incidents of either the ServiceNow target "ServiceNow" or "BMC_ITSM" will update the corresponding OMi event
